• Recommended Dilution: Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or Dot blot), ELISA, Immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and Immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency.

  Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase and anti-Donkey Serum.
  No reaction was observed against anti-Papain or anti-Donkey IgG F(c).
• Formulation: 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2 with 10 mg/ml Bovine Serum Albumin (Ig and Protease free) as stabilizer and 0.01% (w/v) Gentamicin Sulfate as preservative.
