• Recommended Dilution: Suitable for Immunoblotting, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, Immunomicroscopy as well as other antibody based assays using streptavidin or avidin conjugates requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity.
  Recommended Dilutions: This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Guinea Pig IgG in a standard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin and ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature.
  A working dilution of 1:10,000 to 1:50,000 is suggested for this product.

• Specificity: This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Guinea Pig IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities, pepsin digestion and chromatographic separation.
  Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Biotin, anti-Goat Serum, Guinea Pig IgG and Guinea Pig Serum.
  No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin or anti-Goat IgG F(c).
• Formulation: 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2 with 0.01% sodium azide as preservative and 10 mg/ml Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) IgG and Protease free as stabilizer.

  Dilute only prior to immediate use.
  Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing.
