Recommended Dilution | Suitable for Immunomircoscopy and flow cytometry analysis as well as other antibody based fluorescent assays requiring lot to lot consistency Western or Dot blot: 1/500-1/2500 ELISA: 1/2000-1/10000 Immunohistochemistry: 1/200-1/1000 Recommended Dilutions: This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Human IgG in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:4,000 to 1:20,000 is suggested for this product. |
Host | Goat |
Clonality | Polyclonal |
Immunogen | Human IgG F(c) fragment. |
Specificity | This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by Immunoaffinity chromatography using Human IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities, pepsin digestion and chromatographic separation. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase, anti-Goat Serum, Human IgG, Human IgG F(c) and Human Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin, anti-Goat IgG F(c), Human IgG F(ab')2 or Bovine, Horse, Mouse and Rat Serum Proteins. |
Formulation | 0.05 M Tris Chloride, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, 0.001 M Magnesium Chloride, 0.0001 M Zinc Chloride, 50% (v/v) Glycerol; pH 8.0 with 10 mg/ml Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) IgG and Protease free as stabilizer and 0.01% (w/v) Sodium Azide as preservative. Label: AP State: Liquid (sterile filtered) F(ab')2 fragments. Label: Alkaline Phosphatase (Calf Intestine) (Molecular Weight 140,000 daltons) |
Concentration | 0.8 mg/ml (by UV absorbance at 280 nm) |
Purification | Immunoaffinity chromatography. |
Conjugation | AP |
Storage | This antibody is stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. DO NOT FREEZE! Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity. Dilute only prior to immediate use. |
