Recommended Dilution | Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or dot blot), ELISA and immunohistochemistry as well as other phosphatase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity. This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Human IgG in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:1,000 to 1:5,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product. |
Host | Goat |
Clonality | Polyclonal |
Immunogen | Human IgG whole molecule |
Specificity | This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Human IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities, pepsin digestion and chromatographic separation. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase and anti-Goat Serum. This reagent is suitable for the detection of all human immunoglobulins and chain combinations. No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin, anti-Goat IgG F(c) or Mouse Serum Proteins. |
