• Recommended Dilution: Suitable for Immunomicroscopy and Flow Cytometry or FACS analysis as well as other antibody based fluorescent assays requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity.
  Note: This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Mouse IgG in a standard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin and ABTS (2,2’-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1/10,000 to 1/150,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product.

  Immunohistochemistry: 1/1,000-1/5,000.
  Western blot: 1/2,000-1/10,000.

  Assay by Immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Biotin, anti-Goat Serum, Mouse IgG and Mouse Serum.
  No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin or anti-Goat IgG F(c).
• Formulation: 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2, containing 0.01% (w/v) Sodium Azide as preservative and 10 mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free) as stabilizer.
