Specifications

Product Data
Applications ELISA, WB
Recommended Dilution Suitable for Immunoblotting, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, Immunomicroscopy as well as other antibody based assays using streptavidin or avidin conjugates requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity.
Recommended Dilutions:
ELISA: 1/20,000-1/100,000.
Western blot: 1/2,000-1/10,000.
Immunohistochemistry: 1/1,000-1/5,000.
Note: This product has been assayed against 1.0 µg of Mouse IgG in a standard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin and ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1/4,000 to 1/20,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product.
Reactivities Mouse
Host Goat
Clonality Polyclonal
Immunogen Mouse IgG F(c) fragment.
Specificity Assay by Immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Biotin, anti-Goat Serum, Mouse IgG, Mouse IgG F(c) and Mouse Serum.
No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin, anti-Goat IgG F(c), Mouse IgG F(ab’)2 or Bovine, Horse and Human Serum Proteins.
