  Assay by Immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase and anti-Goat Serum.
  No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin, anti-Goat IgG F(c) or Human Serum Proteins. This reagent is suitable for the detection of all mouse immunoglobulin subclasses and chain combinations.
• Formulation: 0.05 M Tris Chloride, 0.15M Sodium Chloride, 0.001 M Magnesium Chloride, 0.0001 M Zinc Chloride, 50% (v/v) Glycerol; pH 8.0 with 10 mg/ml Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) IgG and Protesase free) as stabilizer and 0.01% (w/v) sodium azide as preservative.
