Product Data
Recommended Dilution Suitable for Immunomicroscopy (1:100-1:250) and Flow cytometry (1:100-1:250) or FACS analysis as well as other antibody based fluorescent assays requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity.
Host Goat
Clonality Polyclonal
Immunogen Rat IgG F(c) fragment
Specificity This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by Immunoaffinity chromatography using Rat IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities, pepsin digestion and chromatographic separation.
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Phycoerythrin, anti-Goat Serum, Rat IgG, Rat IgG F(c) and Rat Serum.
No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin, anti-Goat IgG F(c), Rat IgG F(ab')2 or Bovine, Horse and Human Serum Proteins.
Formulation 0.01 M Sodium Phosphate, 0.25 M Sodium Chloride; pH 7.6 with 0.05% (w/v) Sodium Azide as preservative and 15 mg/ml Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA), IgG and Protease free) as stabilizer.
Label: PE
State: Lyophilized F(ab')2 fragments.
Label: R-Phycoerythrin ( isolated from a culture of red algae. Subunit structure - (αβ)6γ Apparent molecular weight - 240 kDa (alpha 20 kDa, beta 20 kDa, gamma 30 kDa)
