• Immunogen: In vivo passaged EN-L2C guinea pig leukaemia B cell line. Spleen cells from an immunised BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse NS1 myeloma cell line.
• Specificity: This antibody reacts with a subset of B lymphocytes in lymph nodes and is restricted to mantle zone B cells of the follicles. Approximately 30% of lymph node lymphocytes are labelled, and 50% of immunoglobulin positive cells. ELISA results suggest that this antibody detects immunoglobulin G with a higher affinity for IgG1.
