• Purification: This antibody was purified from antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography which removes essentially all goat serum proteins, except the specific antibody for rabbit IgG.

• Storage: Store lyophilized powders at 2-8°C. When ready to use, reconstitute with 0.5ml dH2O and centrifuge briefly. Product is stable at 2-8°C for 6 weeks as undiluted liquid. Prepare small aliquots to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. For extended storage after rehydration, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Product will be state for one year after rehydration. Alternatively, add an equal volume of glycerol (ACS grade or better) for a final concentration of 50% and store at -20°C . Please note that, adding glycerol reduces the stated protein concentration by half and the dilution ratio should be adjusted accordingly.
• Note: This peroxidase conjugated antibody is specific for rabbit IgG and shows no cross-reactivity other animal species IgG proteins.
