HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY TDP2 (RC202015, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-TDP2. Positive lysates LY413867 (100ug) and LC413867 (20ug) can be purchased separately from OriGene.

  Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (10 ug per lane) of wild-type HeLa cells (WT, Cat# LC810HELA) and TDP2-Knockout HeLa cells (KO, Cat# LC833387) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-TDP2 monoclonal antibody TA811981 (1:500). Then the blotted membrane was stripped and reprobed with anti-HSP90 antibody as a loading control.

• Background: This gene encodes a member of a superfamily of divalent cation-dependent phosphodiesterases. The encoded protein associates with CD40, tumor necrosis factor (TNF) receptor-75 and TNF receptor associated factors (TRAFs), and inhibits nuclear factor-kappa-B activation.
