HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY CSF2RA (RC201204, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-CSF2RA (1:500). Positive lysates LY430363 (100ug) and LC430363 (20ug) can be purchased separately from OriGene.

  Western blot analysis of extracts (35ug) from NCI-H2228 by using anti-CSF2RA monoclonal antibody (1:250).

• Background: The protein encoded by this gene is the alpha subunit of the heterodimeric receptor for colony stimulating factor 2, a cytokine which controls the production, differentiation, and function of granulocytes and macrophages. The encoded protein is a member of the cytokine family of receptors. This gene is found in the pseudoautosomal region (PAR) of the X and Y chromosomes.
