  Recombinant Hu IFNG protein (TP309993) 100ng/mL was coated on plate and incubated at 4°C for overnight. After blocking with 1%BSA, 2x serially diluted primary antibody TA805799 (0.78 to 50ng/mL) and 5000x diluted HRP conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG were used for detection. Signal/Background ratio=19.5, EC50=10.27 ng/ml

• Summary: This gene encodes a soluble cytokine that is a member of the type II interferon class. The encoded protein is secreted by cells of both the innate and adaptive immune systems.
