Mouse IgD (Fc specific) goat polyclonal antibody, Biotin
Applications | In Immunocytochemical and Immunohistochemical staining of IgD at the cellular and subcellular level of appropriately treated cell and tissue substrates; to demonstrate circulating IgD antibodies in serodiagnostic microbiology and autoimmune diseases; to identify a specific antigen using a reference antibody of mouse origin known to be of the IgD isotype in the middle layer of the indirect test procedure; in non-isotopic assay methodology (e.g. ELISA) to measure IgD in mouse serum or other body fluids. As a second step an avidin or streptavidin conjugate of the user’s choice has to be used. This immunoconjugate is not pre-diluted. The optimum working dilution of each conjugate should be established by titration before being used. Excess labelled antibody must be avoided because it may cause high unspecific background staining and interfere with the specific signal. Recommended Working Dilutions: Histochemical and Cytochemical: 1/50-1/250. ELISA and comparable non-precipitating antibody-binding assays: 1/200-1/1000. |
Reactivities | Mouse |
Conjugation | Biotin |
Immunogen | Purified polyclonal and monoclonal IgD isolated from BALB/C and C57BL Mouse serum. Freund’s complete adjuvant is used in the first step of the immunization procedure. |
Rabbit IgA+IgG+IgM (H+L chain) goat polyclonal antibody, Biotin
Applications | Can be used in Immunocytochemical and Immunohistochemical staining to identify and measure immunoglobulins, antigen or antibody, at the cellular and subcellular level by staining of appropriately treated cell and tissue substrates, and to demonstrate circulating antibodies in serodiagnostic microbiology and autoimmune diseases; to identify a specific antigen or immune complex using a reference antibody of rabbit origin in the middle layer of the indirect test procedure. Recommended working dilutions: Histochemical and Cytochemical: 1/100 - 1/500. ELISA and comparable non-precipitating antibody-binding assays: 1/5000 - 1/20000. |
Reactivities | Rabbit |
Conjugation | Biotin |
Immunogen | Purified normal IgG, IgA and IgM isolated from pooled rabbit serum. Freund’s complete adjuvant is used in the first step of the immunization procedure. |

Mouse IgG (Fc specific) goat polyclonal antibody, Biotin
Applications | ELISA: 1/20,000-1/100,000 Western blot: 1/2,000-1/10,000 Immunohistochemistry: 1/1,000-1/5,000. Note: This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Mouse IgG in a standard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin and ABTS (2,2’-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature.
