Mouse IgE (Fc specific) rabbit polyclonal antibody, TRITC

Applications Can be used to identify and measure IgE, antigen or antibody, at the cellular and subcellular level by immunofluorescence staining of appropriately treated cell and tissue substrates, and to demonstrate circulating antibodies in serodiagnostic microbiology and autoimmune diseases; to identify a specific antigen or immune complex using a reference antibody of mouse origin in the middle layer of the indirect test procedure. This immunoconjugate is not pre-diluted. The optimum working dilution of each conjugate should be established by titration before being used. Excess labelled antibody must be avoided because it may cause high unspecific background staining and interfere with the specific signal.
Recommended working dilutions: 1/10 - 1/40.
Reactivities Mouse
Conjugation TRITC
Immunogen Pools of highly purified homogenous IgE isolated from mouse serum. Freund’s complete adjuvant is used in the first step of the immunization procedure.

Monkey IgG (Fab specific) rabbit polyclonal antibody, TRITC

Applications Can be used for direct staining of fixed cell and tissue substrates; to demonstrate the intracellular presence of free or Ig-bound subunits of both kappa or lambda type. In general this conjugate is not recommended as direct or indirect screening reagent for If isotypes on surface membranes of vital lymphoid cells. The activity to the common Ig/Fab subunit may result in the staining of immunoglobulins bound to the Fc-receptors on non-lymphoid cells. Combinations of isotype-specific reagents should be used instead for this purpose. This immunoconjugate is not pre-diluted. The optimum working dilution of each conjugate should be established by titration before being used. Excess labelled antibody must be avoided because it may cause high unspecific background staining and interfere with the specific signal.
Working dilutions are usually between 1:10 and 1:40.
Reactivities Monkey
Conjugation TRITC
Immunogen Purified Fab of normal IgG isolated form Rhesus monkey serum. Freund’s complete adjuvant is used in the first step of the immunization procedure.

Mouse IgM (Fc specific) rabbit polyclonal antibody, TRITC

Applications ELISA.
Immunocytochemistry.
(In)direct immunofluorescence

Immunohistochemistry on Frozen Sections.
Direct immunofluorescence staining of cytoplasmic Ig of appropriately treated cell and tissue substrates; to demonstrate immunoglobulins or specific antibodies in cells and tissues; to identify circulating antibodies in serodiagnostic microbiology and autoimmune diseases. This immunoconjugate is not pre-diluted. The optimum working dilution of each conjugate should be established by titration before being used. Excess labelled antibody must be avoided because it may cause high unspecific background staining and interfere with the specific signal.
Recommended Working Dilutions: 1/10- 1/80.
Reactivities Mouse
Conjugation TRITC
Immunogen Purified homogenous IgM isolated from Mouse serum. Immunization with intact and split IgM.
Freund’s complete adjuvant is used in the first step of the immunization procedure.

alpha Lactalbumin (LALBA) rabbit polyclonal antibody, TRITC

Applications ELISA, IF, IHC
Reactivities Human
Conjugation TRITC
Immunogen Highly purified alpha-lactalbumin isolated from Human milk.
Freund’s complete adjuvant is used in the first step of the immunization procedure.

Porcine IgG (H+L chain) rabbit polyclonal antibody, TRITC

Applications ELISA.
Immunocytochemistry.
Immunofluorescence.
Immunohistochemistry Frozen Sections.

Can be used to identify and measure IgG, antigen or antibody, at the cellular and subcellular level by immunofluorescence staining of appropriately treated cell and tissue substrates. If two Nordic immunoconjugates with different labels but originating from the same host animal species are used for direct two-colour staining, they can safely be mixed and used in a single step, without the danger of interaction between the two reagents. This immunoconjugate is not pre-diluted. The optimum working dilution of each conjugate should be established by titration before being used. Excess labelled antibody must be avoided because it may cause high unspecific background staining and interfere with the specific signal.
Recommended Working Dilutions1/20-1/80.
Reactivities Porcine
Conjugation TRITC
Immunogen Purified normal IgG isolated from pooled Swine serum.
Freund’s complete adjuvant is used in the first step of the immunization procedure.
